Director of Community Support Programs
Sarah Kelley grew up in central New York. Her fascination with learning about people and telling their stories led to her pursuing a journalism degree at West Virginia University. After working as a newspaper reporter for a few years, Sarah transitioned to project management for web design before striking out into social services. Sarah began her career in social work 11 years ago as a Family Support Worker, working with parents involved in Child Protection Services at 18 Degrees, a full service social service agency in the Berkshires. She continued her career at 18 Degrees working as a service coordinator, managing contracted services for the area’s Department of Children and Families. Sarah currently serves as the Director of Community Support Programs at 18 Degrees, which includes supervising three EMPath modeled programs. Sarah loves working within the EMPath model and seeing families make positive change on their own terms. When she is not working, or hanging out with her 3 teen children, Sarah loves cooking, paddle-boarding and good old fashioned people watching.
