Kelly Kaiser is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Mosaic Ministries and Baby University. Kelly and her husband David are developing a Cradle to Purpose Educational Pipeline in the impoverished Old South End of Toledo. Baby University is the first step in that educational pipeline, equipping parents for the vital role that they play in their child’s development and education and empowering their journey to self-sufficiency.
Since 2010, over 600 parents have graduated from Baby University with improved family literacy, parenting skills, and a connection to much needed concrete supports. In 2018, Mosaic Ministries and Baby University began implementing a two-generational, Mobility Mentoring® informed approach to supporting families as they navigate the difficult road out of poverty.
Kelly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She is a certified Bridges Out of Poverty Trainer and has received additional training in Nurturing Parenting, One to One Mentoring, and Motivational Interviewing
