Lourdes Alvarez is the City of Chelsea's Communication and Community Outreach Manager. During the pandemic, Lourdes has coordinated COVID-19 outreach efforts and other initiatives such as Chelsea Eats Food Debit Card Program. Before working in Chelsea, Lourdes worked with several nonprofits and local governments in Uruguay and Puerto Rico.
